Here are Brad’s sometimes general sometimes overly explicit directions on what to do once you’ve bought something from us. If you decide to follow one of the recipes, remember to read through the recipe and get your “mis en place” – stuff in place – before you start. Get your meat out, measure out and prep any ingredients you might need, clear your workspace, start a fire if you need to. This will allow to you to relax and just have a good time cooking.
