We are working on a complete product line that we will be rolling out over the next few years. Ultimately, our goal is to use every part of the animal in the most delicious way. We are starting off with several sausages, a pate, rillettes and head cheese. Deli-sliced ham should be coming out any day now. Unfortunately, we don’t have a smoker yet, but when we do we’ll add smoked products such as, wait for it…. bacon.
