An unsmoked Polish sausage. It has a garlicky punch highlighted with the floral notes of marjoram. Delicious grilled, in potato and sausage soup or in any dish that could benefit from a little garlic.

The traditional Mexican sausage. Remove it from the casing and fry it loose. Great crumbled into scrambled eggs, as a taco filling or crumbled onto melted Mexican cheese on tortilla chips.

An American take on a German classic. Served on a bun with grilled onions and mustard, this is truly great. For a traditional spin, simmer it in beer before grilling.
